weight, size & destination of package.

Due to the nature of our product-we can ship ground & 1-2 day delivery Monday – Thursday.
Any orders placed after 12:00 pm EST Wednesday
& Thursday must go overnight if out of state.

must have a complete shipping address with contact info & phone numbers to ensure proper delivery. We must have apt. #’s,
suite #’s or floor #’s.
If
shipping to a hospital-we must have the full hospital address with the phone #, the patient’s full name & room #.
If shipping to a biz-we must have the full
biz name & address complete with floor # & suite # with a contact person’s name & phone #.
We are not responsible for shipping delays
while your product is in transit due to weather, strike, mechanical failure or circumstances beyond our control-so for these
reasons we are not able to offer a refund.
Once an order has been shipped-it cannot be cancelled or refunded as it was especially created for you.
Should an incorrect shipping address be
given-we cannot be held accountable or offer a refund if the product cannot be delivered or is returned due to wrong shipping
